Admission Procedure Guidelines

Kanazawa University Admission procedures are carried out through the admission procedure system on the website.
Please check the admission procedures posted on the website and proceed with the procedures. Please note that the admission procedure guidelines will not be sent in paper form (booklet).
The admission procedure cannot be completed simply by registering in the admission procedure system and paying the admission fee. It is necessary to mail (express delivery, simple registered mail) or bring in the necessary documents so that they arrive within the admission procedure period. Please note that some selections do not allow you to bring in your own admissions, so please check the admission procedure guidelines.

    →You can change the registered information if you have not confirmed the registration yet. Please note that it cannot be changed once it is confirmed.

    →If you complete "Registration of student information", "Upload of ID photo", " Payment of admission fee", you can download them.

    3.Regarding to the kanji of my name, I used alternative kanji at the time of application, but how should I do during the admission procedure?
    →You can use some kanji that you could not use at the time of application, so please use the kanji listed in your family register. If you cannot find your kanji, please use alternative one again.

    4.I’m worried whether my admission procedure is completed or not.
    →After confirming your documents to be submitted, we will send procedure completion e-mail to the e-mail address registered in “Registration of student information”. Please register your own e-mail address in “Registration of student information”.??

    1. New system of study support (entrance fee and tuition fee reduction/exemption, scholarship) *This system is mainly for Japanese students.

    →For transfer students who have already been certified under the New Study Support System, please take the following measures and submit the necessary documents.
    *The required documents are this way (direction close to the speaker or towards the speaker). Please check the "Previously Certified" section of the website.
    ○If you received an entrance fee waiver under the new study support system at your previous school before transferring to another school, you must pay the entrance fee. ?

    2. When I try to pay the entrance fee at a convenience store or via PAYG, etc., an error message such as a wrong number appears.
    →If you have selected "I have already applied for the reservation at high school" or "I will apply for the reservation" for the "New system of support for studying" item in the "Registration of information related to school registration," you will not be able to pay the entrance fee and an error will occur. If you selected the wrong item, please contact the Admissions Office at Admission Division.

    3. Can I submit the health certificate and the application form for tuition transfer or automatic bank transfer together with the admission documents?
