Point of Note for Visitor

1. Please be seated by 9:50 a.m. You may not be able to enter the venue after the ceremony begins.
2. Please attend in formal attire appropriate for the ceremony, such as a suit or hakama.
3. Please bring your student ID card in order for us to track attendees on the attendance management terminal.
4. For the degree commencement ceremony, etc. that will be held after the ceremony, please follow the instructions of the person in charge of your college/graduate school.
5. The roads surrounding the venue will be congested, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
